Founder & Principal Designer, RM SPEX
Rishabh Mahareddy, Founder and Principal Designer of RM SPEX, brings an unconventional background bridging engineering, business, tech, and design. Following a Master’s in Supply Chain Management in the US, he served as a Senior Product Manager at a leading global tech company, designing intuitive, scalable solutions at the intersection of systems, operations, and human behavior.
This background directly shapes his design philosophy. Viewing a space much like a product, Rishabh combines engineering precision with user-centric thinking—prioritizing how people live and move before defining aesthetics. His supply chain expertise ensures a pragmatic approach to sourcing, materials, and execution.
At RM SPEX, he balances analytical rigor with an appreciation for craftsmanship, texture, lighting, and understated luxury. By pairing creative instinct with systems thinking, he creates warm, enduring spaces engineered to feel effortless.
